(2017)
Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) floated an Architectural Design Competition for their proposed ferry terminals of the Kochi Water Metro Project at Fort Kochi and Vyttila.
RMA - BRAEPL joint submission was based upon the following ideas:

Maximize usage of salvaged / scrap materials - namely Sheet Metal from the Ship Building Yards in and around Kerala.

Maximize usage of salvaged / scrap shipping containers from the nearby ports.
-
Light and airy construction system - 'clouds floating in the sky'
-
Simple / easy to understand circulation to facilitate rush hour traffic.
