Sartorius AG, an international pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment supplier, covering the segments of Bioprocess Solutions and Lab Products & Services proposed to set up its Indian Unit at Bangalore in 2006.

Sartorius India Campus came up over a site area of 10.5 acres in 2009.
The total built up area was 11,000 sq.m. and included Corporate Offices, Production Facilities, Research & Development Facilities, Recreational Areas, Areas for Process & Building Utilities, etc.
Phase II of the project required an upgradation of the existing Clean Room Facilities, Research & Development Facilities, new Application Centre - Customer Interaction Spaces and others in line with the changing needs of the Company.
The Campus is 'sustainable' - 'energy' and 'water' efficient.
