Overall Aesthetics,
Design, Engineering of the MEP Systems including Fire Detection - Suppression Systems for the Project.

The project is spread over an area of 3 acres and has a proposed built up area of 15,000 sq.m. to be constructed in Phases.

Phase I is expected to be complete by March 2025.
